Cancellations & Refunds

We at MyAccrete aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our cancellation and refund policy outlined below:
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been shipped.
- To cancel an order, email us at support@myaccrete.in or call +91 921-136-7890 with your order details.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only for cancelled orders or in the case of damaged/defective products.
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchange or Replacement
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will initiate a replacement or refund after reviewing the case.
Non-Refundable Items
- Any services availed via the app are directly fulfilled by service providers (Buddies) and are not subject to refund by MyAccrete.
- Subscription or one-time access fees to the app are non-refundable once paid.
